This Privacy Policy explains how Foxville Kids collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through this website, including the contact form and optional email updates. It does not cover information collected through a separate enrollment, payment, employment, or third-party service that provides its own privacy notice.

Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to families and operate this website. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Information you provide: a parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, preferred phone contact method, child’s age, inquiry message, and whether you chose to receive email updates.
• Communication records: messages and replies, tour or program interests, and records of subscription, consent, unsubscribe, or other communication preferences.
• Website information: browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, IP address, and similar usage information when website analytics are enabled.

We do not ask for a child’s full name through this form. Please provide only the information needed for your inquiry.

Email updates are optional. We will send them only when you check the subscription box or otherwise clearly ask to receive them. Subscribing is not a condition of receiving information, scheduling a tour, or enrolling.

Marketing emails will accurately identify Foxville Kids, use non-misleading subject lines, include our valid postal address, and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe through the link or instructions in an email or by contacting us. We will honor an email opt-out promptly and no later than required by law. We may keep a limited suppression record so we do not add an unsubscribed address back to a marketing list.

Calls and text messages

Providing a phone number and selecting “Text me” or “Call me” asks Foxville Kids to respond to your inquiry using that method. It does not subscribe you to recurring promotional texts or calls and does not authorize automated or prerecorded marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

You may withdraw permission for texts or calls at any time by telling us, using our contact form, or replying “STOP” to a text. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests. If Foxville Kids later offers promotional text-message subscriptions, we will request clear, separate consent before sending them, and consent will not be a condition of purchase or enrollment.

How we disclose information

Foxville Kids does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not disclose email addresses or phone numbers to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

• to service providers that operate the website, process forms, host data, deliver email or communications, provide analytics, or support our business, when they need the information to perform services for us and are subject to applicable privacy, security, and contractual obligations;

Our website analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry messages, or child information. Google handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Information about children

This website and its contact form are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults—not for children to use independently. Children under 13 should not submit personal information. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate parental involvement, we will delete it as reasonably required by law. A parent or guardian may also ask us to review or delete information associated with their child.

Health and other sensitive information

This website is not intended to collect consumer health data or other sensitive information. Please do not include medical conditions, diagnoses, disabilities, allergies, medications, mental-health information, biometric or genetic information, government identification numbers, financial account information, or similar sensitive details in the contact form.

Foxville Kids does not sell consumer health data. If a future online service needs to collect health information, we will provide the separate notice, consent choices, and privacy rights required by Washington law before that collection or sharing begins.

Retention

We keep inquiry and communication information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Subscription information is kept while you remain subscribed. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to document and honor your choices. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it non-identifying.

Security and breach response

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain and take reasonable steps when selecting providers that will handle it.
